Delivery and payment information

DELIVERY INFORMATION:

        The products ordered online on our website are available throughout the country, according to your option at checkout.
Products will be delivered to the carrier packed properly in original, unopened containers, the manufacturer or packed
by our products that require it.

        You can choose one of the delivery ways below:

 Delivery by courier:

Couriers agreed: Cargus, Urgent Courier, Courier Fan, GLS.
The delivery 24-48 hours.
Home delivery or courier seat you prefer.
Cash on delivery from shipment.
Shipping cost from  23-80 RON
Zero cost transport for advance payment within the limit of a minimum amount of 300 RON for a single order.

Delivery by classic courier Romanian Post:

Delivery time: 1-5 days from time of order.
Romanian Post delivery post offices anywhere in the country.
Cash on delivery lifting the package.
Shipping cost is starting from 11 RON.
Zero shipping cost for advance payment within the limit of a minimum amount of 500 RON for a single order.

Personal lift:

Ordered products can be picked up on site and directly from our headquarters.
The order can be both online and by phone.
In this case shipping cost is zero.
Products not in stock will be delivered in a range between 3 and 45 working days
payment in this case can be made only after delivery!
For products that require pre-order delivery time may range targets 15 and 45 days,
in this case payment is made in advance!

PAYMENT:

For the moment we can offer two methods of payment:

Pay cash on delivery products:

Cash payment is made at the time of delivery.
You can pay to the courier or post office appropriate.

Payment by money order or bank trensfer:

After receiving the invoice recipient  you can pay the account to

In this case the product delivery is made after the corresponding amount is in our account as
the beneficiary wishes.
